Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The age of the contestant should be between 17 to 30 years.
• The contestant should belong to or be a resident of Rajasthan region.
• Only females are eligible to participate (unless any other category is declared).
• The contestant should not have a contract with any other ongoing pageant.

2. Registration

• Registration fee (if any) is non-refundable.
• Registration will be valid only through official website/form/official medium.
• The contestant must provide their correct name, age, address and a copy of the identity card.

3. Selection Process

• Selection will be based on multiple rounds (eg – Audition, Talent Round, Interview, Fashion Round etc.).
• The decision of the Judges Panel will be final and binding.

4. Code of Conduct

• The contestant will have to avoid any kind of abusive language, misbehavior or disrespectful behavior.
• It will be mandatory to follow all the instructions given by the organizers.

5. Media Rights

• The organizer will have full right to use photos, videos, event coverage, interviews etc. for publicity.
• The contestant will not have to refuse to participate in any media shoot, interview or publicity.

6. Disqualification

A contestant may be disqualified in the following cases:

• Providing incorrect information
• Violation of rules
• Not following instructions of the organisers

7. Prizes & Titles

• The winner will be awarded a trophy, certificate, prize money or gifts (as pre-determined by the organiser).
• Runners-up will also be awarded.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the prizes and titles.

8. Liability Clause

• The organiser will not be responsible for any accident, personal injury or dispute during the event.
• The contestant will participate at his/her own will and responsibility.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Kota, Rajasthan.
